I’m creating a sequel to The Art of Nostalgia, featuring 25 brand new paintings of special places throughout Kitchener-Waterloo, and I'd love your help.

KW, what do you remember? See the locations listed below and share a short memory for your chance to be included in the new book.

Just like the first book, this new collection will pair my artwork with short memories and stories from people in the community. That’s where I need your help.

If one of the places in the book brings back a memory, I’d love to hear it. It could be funny, nostalgic, ordinary, emotional, oddly specific, or just something that stuck with you. It doesn’t need to be polished — a few sentences or a short paragraph is perfect, and memories may be lightly edited for clarity and length. See the list below for all locations that will be featured.

“Every brushstroke in The Art of Nostalgia preserves our city’s history, immortalizing iconic landmarks and hidden gems that have shaped so many lives. Each painting transports you to a time in your youth, or your parents’ youth, or your grandparents’ youth—a true power of art.”
